This year’s honorees were Andy Lappin, who was honored with the Scoop Jackson Pro-Israel Advocacy Award, and Rabbi Michael Siegel, who was presented CityPAC’s Community Leadership Award. The keynote address was delivered by U.S. Congressman Mark Kirk (D-IL).
